Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Traply Security ("Traply", "the bot", "we", "us"). By adding Traply to a server or using its commands, you agree to them. If you do not agree, remove the bot.

1. Using Traply

• You must comply with the Discord Terms of Service and Community Guidelines at all times.
• You must meet Discord’s minimum age requirement for your country.
• Do not use Traply to harass, abuse, spam or carry out unlawful activity.
• Do not attempt to exploit, reverse-engineer, overload or disrupt the bot or its infrastructure.
• Server administrators are responsible for how Traply is configured in their server, including any moderation action it takes on their instruction.

2. Service availability

• Traply is provided as is and as available. We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
• Downtime caused by Discord outages, API changes, hosting failures or maintenance is outside our control.
• Features may be added, changed, restricted or removed at any time, including as Discord’s platform changes.
• We may suspend or terminate access for any server that breaches these terms.

3. Traply Premium

3.1 What you are buying

• Premium is a licence to use premium features on one Discord server, identified by its server ID.
• It is not ownership of the bot, its code, or a guarantee of any specific feature.
• “Lifetime” means the operational lifetime of Traply, not a fixed number of years.
• Premium features added in future are included at no extra cost.

3.2 Payment and refunds

• Premium is a one-time payment of $5.20 USD / ₹499 INR per server. There is no subscription.
• Refunds are available on request within 7 days of purchase. After that, refunds are at our discretion.
• Initiating a chargeback after activation, rather than requesting a refund, will result in Premium being revoked.

3.3 Transfers

• Premium may be transferred to another server at our discretion. Open a ticket to request it.
• Premium may not be resold, sublicensed, rented or shared between servers.

3.4 Revocation

Premium may be revoked without refund if a server:

• Uses Traply to breach Discord’s Terms of Service or Community Guidelines
• Attempts to resell, sublicense or share its premium grant
• Uses custom branding to impersonate another person, service or bot, or to display prohibited content
• Abuses the payment process, including fraudulent chargebacks

If Premium is revoked, the server owner is notified and given the reason.

3.5 Support

Premium includes priority support, meaning your ticket is answered before non-premium tickets. It is not a service level agreement and does not guarantee a response within any fixed time.

4. Limitation of liability

Traply is a security tool, not a guarantee of security. To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for loss or damage arising from raids, scams, compromised accounts, data loss, or any moderation action Traply takes or fails to take.
• We are not liable for actions taken by server administrators using Traply.
• No automated system catches every threat. Traply reduces risk; it does not eliminate it.
• Our total liability in any circumstance is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous twelve months.

5. Changes

We may update these terms as Traply develops. Material changes are announced in the support server. Continuing to use Traply after a change means you accept the updated terms.
